While an interior designer at Cummings Properties, I was tasked with the role of designing the Sales Center for the Sales and Marketing team of Elliott Landing in Beverly, MA. The sales center needed to function as a real estate office, but also as a preview of the condominiums of Elliott Landing that were in construction. The Sales center was designed with distinct settings: a lobby with functioning fireplace, conference room, various seating options, sample kitchen, and finish display areas. Designer Curated finish palettes were developed for both traditional and more contemporary home styles. These finishes were put on display and installed within the space.  

The Sales Center at Elliott Landing evoked a sense of warmth with the rich dark oak engineered floors, rich blue accent walls and hemp wallcovering from Philip Jeffries. Dual tone Schrock cabinetry was installed for the kitchen in shades of cream and warm gray. Kohler plumbing fixtures offered timeless accents for both the kitchen and bathroom displays. Potential home buyers were greeted with a styled lobby and various seating areas with furniture to truly evoke a sense of a welcoming home.
