Transitional Modern Condo 

The transitional modern homes were created with a palette of white shaker cabinets, cool toned quartz countertops, and coordinating glass subway backsplash tile. Modern light fixtures and modern hardware keep sleek accents against the darker stained oak engineered floors from Mirage Flooring. Styled with casual furniture in sharp lines, the neutral palette provided the perfect backdrop for pops of color and fun texture. The bathroom tiles in the more modern units were linear shades of cream and pale gray, which provided a more contemporary feel and backdrop to simple chrome plumbing fixtures. 

Homes were styled and fully staged for various open houses during the sales process.  

As an integral member of the Cummings Properties team, Abby was involved in the open houses walking potential home-buyers through the homes and discussing and providing education on the various finishes in each of the spaces.
